Ingredients:
A. 100g hot cake mix
A. 70ml milk
1 medium egg
Salad oil
Olive oil
Sesame seeds
Cheese Burger:
B. 50g minced beef meat
B. 1 medium egg (B)
B. 1 teaspoon ketchup
B. Salt and pepper
Nutmeg (optional)
Bacon and Egg Burger:
1 piece bacon (cut into 2cm width)
5 pieces quail eggs
2 thinly sliced mini tomato
Lettuce (tear into small pieces)
Instructions:
- Lightly grease a takoyaki plate with salad oil, and pour the batter mixed with A into the 20 holes. Put the hamburger meat mixed with B in the other 5 holes, and the onion, salt and pepper in the 3 holes. Add bacon in 2 holes and quail eggs in 5 holes, and heat each at [MED] for about 5 minutes (bake both sides of the dough and hamburger).
- Layer the ingredients in the following order, and after inserting a pick, apply olive oil to the surface of the buns and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Cheeseburger: buns → lettuce → hamburger steak → sliced cheese → onion → buns Bacon egg burger: buns → lettuce → mini tomato → bacon → quail egg → buns
