  2. What comes in a BRUNO Hotplate set?
    Your BRUNO Hotplate set comes with the hotplate appliance, takoyaki & flat plate attachments, a wooden spatula (Only in Compact Hotplate) and a SIRIM certified power cord with a 3 pin plug

  3. What is the difference between a Compact and Grande Hotplate
    The Compact Hotplate is medium sized and caters between 2 to 3 people.
    The Grande Hotplate is slightly bigger, and caters to a larger crowd of 4 to 6 people or more.

  4. What about the other Hotplate attachments?
    Add on attachments are purchased separately

  5. What's included in the BRUNO Grill Sand Maker set?
    BRUNO Grill Sand Maker Single set comes with a sandwich attachment plate ONLY
    BRUNO Grill Sand Maker Double set comes with both a set of grill attachment plate and a set of sandwich attachment plate.

  6. How long does the warranty last?
    The warranty will be covered with your purchase for 1 year including from the date of original purchase and only covers the appliance.

  7. How long does shipping take for my order?
    Purchased orders will be processed and shipped out in 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  8. What recipes can I cook with BRUNO?
    With our appliances, the possibilities are endless! You can grill, steam, bake, fry, braise, roast, bbq and many more - explore different recipes available HERE on our website.

  9. Why is my new Hotplate lid cover inverted?
    This isn't a defect. The knob was installed inside the cover to fit inside the box packaging. Kindly unscrew and install it on the top before using.

  10. Why is there a ticking sound when I'm using the Hotplate?
    It’s the sound of the thermostat/heating element expanding rapidly when you turn the heat from low to high. This is completely normal.

  11. Why does the indicator light flicker during use?
    This is also normal. It indicates that the thermostat is regulating the temperature.

  12. What is the temperature range for the Hotplates?
    Low : 100 to 130°C
    Medium : 160 to 200°C
    High : 190 to 250°C
