Ingredients:
150g pancake mix
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Fillings
[A] Curry Roux (1/4 for 5 to 6 dishes = 1/8 box)
[A] 25g friend onion
[A] 3 tablespoons milk
36g cheese for pizza
12 slices sandwich bread (without crust)
Moderate amount of salad oil
Instructions:
- Cut the bread into 3mm squares.
- Mix eggs and milk, add pancake mix and curry powder, and stir with chopsticks to form a dough. When the powder is gone, put it into one ball, divide it into 24 equal parts and roll them (about 8g each).
- Put A in a heat-resistant container, heat in the microwave for 1 minute, mix evenly, and make the filling. Divide into 24 equal parts (about 4g each), and roll half of the dough into balls for curry filling. The remaining half is mixed with pizza cheese and rolled into a curry filling with cheese.
- Spread the rolled 1 with your palm and wrap it around 2. Close it tightly and cover it with the bread.
- Pour salad oil into the hole of the compact hot plate (takoyaki plate) for about 8 minutes and heat with [MED].
