Ingredients:
<Spare Ribs>
8-10 spare ribs
Moderate amount of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon liquor*
4 teaspoon soy sauce*
2 teaspoon honey ★
2 teaspoon grated garlic*
1 teaspon grated ginger ★
<Sesame Miso Soy Milk Sauce>
80ml soy milk
1 tablespoon ground sesame
1 teaspoon miso
A little white pepper
<Colourful Vegetables>
Appropriate amount of purple onion, potato, zucchini, paprika, medium tomato, cherry tomato, brussel sprouts
Instructions:
- For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a heat-resistant container, place on a flat plate, and heat at [MED] until thickened.
- Pierce the spareribs evenly with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Mix the ★ ingredients together, and pour over the spare ribs and mix well.
- Cut the purple onion and paprika into wedges, wash the potatoes and cut them into chunks with the skin on, cut the zucchini into 2 cm thick rounds, and cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
