Grilled Spareribs and Vegetables

Servings: for 4 people

Ingredients:

<Spare Ribs>
8-10 spare ribs
Moderate amount of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon liquor*
4 teaspoon soy sauce*
2 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon grated garlic*
1 teaspon grated ginger

<Sesame Miso Soy Milk Sauce>
80ml soy milk
1 tablespoon ground sesame
1 teaspoon miso
A little white pepper

<Colourful Vegetables>
Appropriate amount of purple onion, potato, zucchini, paprika, medium tomato, cherry tomato, brussel sprouts

 

Instructions:

  1. For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a heat-resistant container, place on a flat plate, and heat at [MED] until thickened.
  2. Pierce the spareribs evenly with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Mix the ★ ingredients together, and pour over the spare ribs and mix well.
  3. Cut the purple onion and paprika into wedges, wash the potatoes and cut them into chunks with the skin on, cut the zucchini into 2 cm thick rounds, and cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  4. Pour olive oil on a flat plate and heat it at [MED], put the spare ribs on which the juice has been removed and fry until the surface is browned, then put the vegetables around and fry. Cover and steam for 10 minutes on [LOW].
