Grilled sandwich maker for one
Ingredients:
- 50g sliced chicken (plain)
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 1 piece large tomato
- 2 teaspoons Genovese sauce
- 1 piece soft French bread (Coppe-pan)
Instructions:
- Set the grill plate and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Slice the sliced chicken and cut the cheese and tomato into 5mm thick slices. Make a cut on the side of the Coppe-pan.
- Layer sliced chicken, tomato, and cheese on bread, and sprinkle with Genovese sauce.
- Place two on a plate and bake at [HI] for about 3 minutes until browned.
