Ingredients:
- 4g tea bag (Earl Gray)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 40g sugar
- 40g butter (salt-free)
- 10g almond poodle ★
- 80g flour ★
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ★
Instructions:
- Put the butter in a heat-resistant container and melt it in the microwave for about 40-50 seconds while keeping an eye on it. Set the mini cake plate and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, milk and black tea leaves and mix.
- Add ★ to 1 sieve and mix. When the powder is gone, add the melted butter.
- Pour the batter from step 2 onto a plate, cover with a lid, and bake at [HI] for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- After baking, let it cool down and remove the protruding dough to complete.
