Mini Tea Flavoured Cakes

For 8 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 4g tea bag (Earl Gray)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 40g sugar
  • 40g butter (salt-free)
  • 10g almond poodle
  • 80g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Put the butter in a heat-resistant container and melt it in the microwave for about 40-50 seconds while keeping an eye on it. Set the mini cake plate and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, milk and black tea leaves and mix.
  3. Add ★ to 1 sieve and mix. When the powder is gone, add the melted butter.
  4. Pour the batter from step 2 onto a plate, cover with a lid, and bake at [HI] for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. After baking, let it cool down and remove the protruding dough to complete.
