Ingredients:
- 200g pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 40g butter
- 40g sugar
<Cream> - 200ml fresh cream
- 20g sugar
<Toppings> - moderate amount of fruits (strawberries, grapes, blueberries)
- moderate amount of icing sugar
Instructions:
- Put the butter in a heat-resistant container and melt it in the microwave for about 40-50 seconds while keeping an eye on it. Set the waffle plate and preheat for 5 minutes. Add sugar to fresh cream and whip to make <Cream>.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and milk and mix. Add pancake mix and mix. When the powder is gone, add melted butter.
- Pour half of the batter from step 2 onto a plate, cover with a lid, and bake on [HI] for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Bake the rest of the dough in the same way.
- When 3 has cooled down, spread cream on one sheet of dough, put fruit on it, and then put cream on top. Place another piece of dough on top, top with cream and fruit, sprinkle with powdered sugar through a tea strainer, and it's done.
