Mini Matcha Cake Sandwich

For 8 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 40g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 40g unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons matcha
  • 10g almond poodle
  • 80g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    Toppings
  • Moderate amount of butter
  • Moderate amount of coarse bean paste

Instructions:

  1. Put the butter for the dough in a heat-resistant container and melt it in the microwave for about 40-50 seconds while keeping an eye on it. Set the mini cake plate and preheat for 5 minutes. Cut the butter to be sandwiched into plates.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and milk and mix.
  3. Add ★ to 1 sieve and mix. When the flour disappears, add the melted butter.
  4. Pour the batter from step 2 onto a plate, cover with a lid, and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. When the heat is removed, remove the protruding dough. Cut in half horizontally and sandwich the red bean paste and butter to complete.
