Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 40g sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 40g unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons matcha
- 10g almond poodle
- 80g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings - Moderate amount of butter
- Moderate amount of coarse bean paste
Instructions:
- Put the butter for the dough in a heat-resistant container and melt it in the microwave for about 40-50 seconds while keeping an eye on it. Set the mini cake plate and preheat for 5 minutes. Cut the butter to be sandwiched into plates.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar and milk and mix.
- Add ★ to 1 sieve and mix. When the flour disappears, add the melted butter.
- Pour the batter from step 2 onto a plate, cover with a lid, and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- When the heat is removed, remove the protruding dough. Cut in half horizontally and sandwich the red bean paste and butter to complete.
