Spicy Paella with Tomatoes

Ingredients:

400g frozen rice
230g frozen seafood mix (shrimp, squid, clams)
1/4 piece onion 
4 pieces bacon (38g)
4 mini tomatoes
1 piece garlic
0.5g sliced red pepper
1/2 piece lemon
Moderate amount of parsley
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons ketchup 
1 tablespoon liquor*

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen seafood mix (shrimp, squid, clams) under running water.
  2. Put the frozen rice in a bowl, wrap it loosely, and heat it in the microwave (600W/3 minutes 30 seconds). *To prevent the rice from becoming too sticky, do not defrost it completely.
  3. Drain the seafood mix. Chop the onions. Cut the bacon (half size) into 1 cm width. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Garlic is finely chopped.
