Ingredients:
4 pieces thinly sliced potatoes
4 slices salmon (for sashimi)
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon grain mustard
10g butter
Lemon
Chervil (optional)
Instructions:
- Line the included baking tray with aluminium foil and arrange the sliced potatoes with some space between them.
- Place 1 slice of salmon on each potato, sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with mustard and 1/4 of the butter, and bake in convection mode at 220 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- When it's done baking, put it on a plate and decorate it with lemon and chervil if you like.
