Ingredients:
- 30g unsalted butter ★
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar ★
- Moderated amount granulated sugar
- 25g egg
- 100g pancake mix
Instructions:
- Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature. Spread a cooking sheet on the included baking tray.
- Put ★ in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
- Add the beaten egg to 1 and mix with a whisk, then add the pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula.
- Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces, roll them into bite-sized balls, flatten them by squeezing them slightly, sprinkle the surface with an appropriate amount of granulated sugar, and arrange them on a baking tray.
- Make grid-like cuts with a knife and bake in convection mode/160 degrees/13 minutes.
Notes: If the unsalted butter is still hard, heat it in the microwave (600W) for 10 seconds at a time to soften it. Once the butter is melted, the texture of the cookie will change. Scoop the cookie dough with a tablespoon to make it evenly sized.
