1. Organiser
1.1 This contest is organised by BRUNO Malaysia (“the Organiser”).
2. Contest Period
2.1 The contest runs from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, 11:59PM (MYT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
3.2 Participants must have a public Instagram account.
3.3 Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
To participate:
4.1 Share a photo or Instagram Reel of you using your BRUNO product.
4.2 In your caption, tell us why you love it — creativity counts!
4.3 Like the giveaway post, share it to your Story, and tag @brunomalaysia.
4.4 Use the hashtag #MyBrunoMoments in your caption.
Note:
4.5 Entries without proper tagging or hashtags may be missed and disqualified.
4.6 Multiple entries are allowed, but each must be unique.
5. Prizes
5.1 Exclusive BRUNO x Pokémon Series products will be awarded to the most creative entries.
5.2 Number of winners and specific prizes to be determined at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
6.1 Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to entry guidelines.
6.2 Winners will be notified via Instagram DM from @brunomalaysia within 7 days after the contest ends.
6.3 Winners must respond within 3 days of notification, failing which a new winner may be selected.
7. Rights Granted by You
By entering:
7.1 You grant BRUNO Malaysia the right to repost, share, and publish your entry (with credit) across its digital platforms for promotional purposes.
7.2 You confirm that your content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Disqualification
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

8.3 Fails to meet all participation requirements.
8.4 Is suspected of spam or fraudulent activity.
9. Liability
9.1 The Organiser shall not be held responsible for:

10. General
10.1 By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the contest without prior notice.
