BRUNO Trade-In Program – Terms & Conditions

Program Period:

• 15 April – 31 May 2025 (*while stocks last).

Trade-In Eligibility

We accept any brand, any condition of the following electrical appliances:

• Hotplate or steamer
• Oven or toaster
• Slow cooker
• Air fryer

*Please note: The item must be an
electrical appliance (not gas-based or manual).

- One (1) successful trade-in = One (1) RM250 physical voucher and One (1) RM250 e-voucher.

- Trade-in must be made in-store for physical vouchers and then register through the official registration process for digital vouchers.

- A purchase must be made on the same day as the trade-in, at our store location in order to redeem the physical voucher.

1. Physical Voucher (In-store Trade-In)

Redemption Terms:

Applicable on the same day as the trade-in at Sunway Pyramid or The Gardens outlet.

Valid for:

BRUNO Compact Hotplate

BRUNO Grande Hotplate

BRUNO Steam & Bake Toaster

Only one (1) voucher per trade-in, per customer, per transaction.

Valid until 31 May 2025.

Cannot be used with other ongoing offers, vouchers, or discounts.

This voucher is applicable as an instant rebate on the same day of a successful product trade-in.

2. Digital Voucher (Online Redemption)

Redemption Terms:

Digital voucher will be issued via email upon successful trade-in registration.

Voucher includes a unique promo code and purchase link.

Redeemable at the official BRUNO online store only.

Valid for:

BRUNO Compact Hotplate

BRUNO Grande Hotplate

BRUNO Steam & Bake Toaster

One (1) voucher per customer, per order.

Valid for single-use only and cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers.

Promo code expires 31 May 2025, or once used.

General Terms:

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or store credit.

Lost, copied, expired, or tampered vouchers will be void.

Oliyaya Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the T&Cs or end the program without prior notice.

Oliyaya Sdn Bhd’s decision is final and binding.
